A Life of Prayer
Students
at the state-registered Handan Christian Bible School in China gather
on their knees every morning for 5 a.m. prayer. It’s more than a matter
of discipline and devotion. These 122 men and women desire to start
their day in communion with Christ, knowing they will need His strength
and wisdom as they conduct outreach in the community. During their one-
or two-year course of study, they receive training to become
missionaries, teachers, and pastors who will impact their country with
the gospel. Christian Aid has partnered with more than 150 Bible schools
across China over the past 26 years.
