My favorite podcast in October was A Missionary to the Corporate World.
This was my interview with CAM co-founder and coaching pioneer, Jane
Creswell. At a young age, Jesus called Jane to be a missionary, not in a
foreign field, but in Fortune 50 corporation.
In
this podcast, you will hear the twists and turns as Jane climbed the
coaching ladder, only to be told at each higher rung, "Drop the Jesus
talk." She didn't drop the Jesus talk, and instead launched in-house
coaching at the corporation and changed their culture forever.
This podcast is followed up by Introducing Coaching to a Fortune 500 Company.
This continues the story and puts Jane at the riskiest point as she
dares to start a coaching culture in a strong corporate culture.
